Frequently Asked
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Free shipping on every order, no minimum.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on most items. Heirloom and custom pieces have specific terms — see our Returns page for details.
Are your products really made in the USA?
Most are. We label each product clearly: "Made in the USA," "Hand-finished in the USA," or, in rare cases, "American design, imported manufacture."
How do I care for my heritage goods?
Each product ships with a care card, and our Care Guide page covers cast iron, leather, wool, and more in detail.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes — we offer free re-stitching on all leather goods we sell, for life. Other items have manufacturer-specific repair programs.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with a tracking link sent to your email. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
Can I commission custom work?
For our heirloom and bespoke pieces, yes — write to us at info@martinhaysales.com and we'll connect you with the workshop directly.
